📑 Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A confirmed booking is only valid after full payment (or agreed deposit). All prices include utilities, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Tourist taxes are included in the renting price.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made two (2) days before arrival entile the full amount refund.

Late cancellations or no-shows: full booking amount may be charged. Early departure does not entitle guests to a refund.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00 onwards. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

4. Use of Property

The apartment is for residential use only. No commercial activities, events, or parties are permitted. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Subletting is not allowed . Guests must comply with the House Rules at all times.

5. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacement may be charged to the guest. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

6. Cleaning

The property will be clean and disenfected upon arrival. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonable good condition. Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.

7. Safety & Security

Guests must lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Electrical appliances, air conditioning, and lights should be turned off when not in use. The host is not liable for power outages, internet interruptions, or events outside their control.

8. Pets & Smoking

Pets are not allowed (unless agreed in advance in writing). Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with proper disposal of cigarette ends.

9. Complaints & Issues

Any problems should be reported immediately to the host for prompt resolution. Failure to notify the host may result in loss of the right to compensation or remedies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
